When should I sign up?

If you are moving, we recommend you sign up about two weeks prior to your move date so that you have one less thing to worry about during the move.

That’s because if you wish to do a Change of Address with USPS and have your mail to your existing US address forwarded, you need to allow USPS two weeks to get that going for you.

As soon as you pay for our services, we’ll assign you a unique mailbox number. You can then take your address with us to USPS right away to file the Change of Address request.

What if I haven’t got a new address abroad?

You actually don’t need that address until you are ready to ship mail or packages to that address. Your address abroad would be a forwarding address and you can always add that when you place a shipment request to have your items shipped.

Also, you can always add, change, update multiple shipping addresses in your account from the ‘My Saved Addresses’ section of your account.
