- Are there any hidden charges?
We are 100% transparent with our fees and services. Feel free to see this on our Pricing Page that lists exactly what additional services we offer and how much they are. We don’t have any hidden costs.
- How often do you bill?
Billing frequency depends on the term you select: monthly or annually. You will be billed upon the expiration of your term and we will automatically charge the default card you have on file.
- I plan to receive only a few letters per month. What is the best option for me to receive my mail?
Bundle all letters once a month and ship using USPS First Class Mail (no tracking) or Priority Mail option to mail letters. The most effective way to use our services is to ship out mail a few days shorter than your free storage time and consolidate all items into one outgoing shipment.
For example, if you are on the Plus plan you have 90 days of free letter storage and 30 days of free package storage. Approximately every 80 days (from the oldest item in your mailbox), place one shipment request for all letter items accumulated so far and ship them all out. This will clear your mailbox before any storage fees incur. Repeatedly doing this will ensure maximum savings and the most use of our services without extra fees.
