Managing payments- adding/deleting/verifying credit cards, Billing related questions & Account suspensions

  • Delete your credit card information in your account

    You can delete your credit card information if there is at least one other credit card in your account. 

    1. Log In To Your Account > Account:

    Scroll down to Payment, go to the card you want to update. Click “delete”.

    2. Click “CONFIRM DELETION” 

    You should get the success confirmation message on top of Account page. 

     

  • Verify your Credit Card

    To verify your credit card:

    1. Log In To Your Account and go to the Account page:

    Scroll down to Payment section, go to the card you need to verify. Its status is “Waiting for customer verification”.

    2. Click “verify”, enter the amount charged

    Enter the charge amount from US Global Mail in your bank account, and click “Verify Card Information”. The amount should be between.99 cents and $9.99 USD.

    Converting to US Dollar

    If your credit card company does not display charges in USD, convert the charges to USD by the Currency Exchange.

    Confirmation Message

    If the amount is correct, you should get the following message:

    If not, double check the amount. 

     3. Use your new credit card.

    After successful verification, you can use the new credit card for payments.

    You should be refunded the charge amount in 48 hours. 

     

  • My account is suspended

    Account Suspension 

    If your invoices are not paid by the due dates, your account will be suspended temporarily. You will be notified of unpaid invoices and of your account suspension status via the email address on your account.

    You will be unable to continue using our service until the outstanding invoices have been paid.

     

    Reactivate suspended account

    To reactivate a suspended account, you need to pay the unpaid invoices with a valid credit card.

    You might need to update your credit card or add a new credit card

  • Do you accept third-party billing accounts?

    Unfortunately, that’s one thing we cannot do. Our posted rates will apply if you ship using FedEx, UPS, or DHL..

  • How can I update my credit card?

    You can update your card anytime via the Account Settings tab of your Virtual Mailbox. 

    Please note:  Credit Card Verification is required to ensure your account’s security. 

  • How often do you bill?

    It depends on the term you select: Monthly, Annual, or Every two years. You will be billed upon the expiration of your term.

  • I plan to receive only a few letters per month. What is the best option for me to receive my mail?

    Bundle all letters once a month and ship using USPS Letter Post Air Mail option to mail letters. Typical ETA is 5 – 14 days, and costs are much less than other carriers (saving up to 80%).

  • What types of payments are accepted?

    Credit card: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express

    Wire transfers and Western Union are accepted for shipments but must be paid in advance and will occur transfer fees. Email us at support@usglobalmail.com with subject “Wire or Western Union” to use this method.

    We don’t accept PayPal payment at this time.
