  • Changing Your Service Plans

    Except for changing to Individual (One-Person) Plan, you do it in your account. Your plan will change at the end of your billing cycle.

    To change to One-Persona Plan or change plan immediately, please contact us with the following details:

    • Box number 
    • New service plan you’d like to use
    • Date of change

    We’ll make adjustments in your account.

     

    HOW TO SWITCH YOUR PLAN

    If you’re changing to a longer-term plan or feature-richer plan, you’re upgrading your plan. For example: From Invididual Plan to Family Plan. 

    To upgrade your account, follow these steps:

     

    1. Log In To Your Account > Click on Account & Preferences

        Click on “upgrade your account” under Change Plan & Preferences”

    2. Select the new plan

    You’ll be provided a list of plans to upgrade. Select the plan and check the box ” I agree to pay the appropriate charge to upgrade my account”.

    Click “Charge My Card and Upgrade Now”.

     

     

    3. Update your payment method if needed.

  • Personal Plans: One vs More than one

    One: If you’re the only person who receives the mail. If you’re married, and still got mails to your maiden mails, we can make adjustments on your account to accommodate. You’ll only need to provide us your ID with maiden name for verification purpose.

    More than one: If more than one person will receive the mail. You can add UNLIMITED names on this plan.

  • Individual vs Business Plan: What if I am only a small business?

    Your personal account can only receive mail addressed to your personal names.

    If you have both personal names and business names, you’ll need a US Business Address Plan. Our business plans are among the most affordable, from $25/mo.

  • Why do I need to verify my credit card?

     

    To ensure that no one can use your card without authorization, we ask you to verify a small charge we place on your card during sign up. This charge is automatically refunded within 48 hours and is usually less than $5. 

     

  • Do you have any discounts or promotions?

    Yes! If you refer a new customer, both of you will enjoy a FREE month of service. From time to time we also offer promotions on our social media pages: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn

  • Are tariffs, customers, and other duties included in your rates?

    No. Our rates including shipping costs only.

    Each country has its own customers, tariffs, or taxes, which US Global Mail has no control over. To learn more about these costs, you can contact the local customs office in your destination country.

  • How much does your service cost?

    Your monthly costs will include a monthly membership fee and extra costs for additional services used.Your investment depends on the membership plan  Across plans, your membership offers many features and benefits, including: UNLIMITED number of items receive/send, FREE check deposit, FREE shredding of junk mail, FREE Unlimited forwarding addresses, FREE letter storage for 180 days, FREE package storage for 30 days, FREE insurance up to $100 on every shipment, etc. All these features are accessed via your Virtual Mailbox.

    Any additional costs are from scanning or shipping which depends on how much you ship monthly. We offer 50-80% discounts on shipping rates.
