Changing your service plan

Your needs change, so your plan should change accordingly. Learn how to change your plan when the time arises.

  • Changing Your Service Plans

    You can change your plan anytime via the Account tab in your Inbox. See detailed info below.  Your plan will change at the end of your billing cycle.

    The only exception is moving from any plan to an Individual (One-Person) Plan, in which case please contact us  with the following details:

    • Box number 
    • New service plan you’d like to use
    • Date of change

    We’ll make adjustments in your account.


    If you’re changing to a longer-term plan or feature-richer plan, you’re upgrading your plan. For example: From Individual Plan to Family Plan. 

    To upgrade your account, follow these steps:

    1. Log In To Your Account > Click on Account & Preferences

        Click on “upgrade your account” under Change Plan & Preferences”

    2. Select the new plan

    You’ll be provided a list of plans to upgrade. Select the plan and check the box ” I agree to pay the appropriate charge to upgrade my account”.

    Click “Charge My Card and Upgrade Now”.



    3. Update your payment method if needed.
