How fast will we see our mail after it arrives?
Mail is typically scanned and uploaded within 2–4 business hours of arrival. You’ll receive instant notifications and can take action—forward, archive, deposit checks, right from your mailbox.
Can we deposit donation checks remotely?
Yes. We offer free check deposits to your designated bank account via scanned images, or you can request batch shipments for bulk processing. There are no per-deposit fees, unlike many other providers. Only shipping fees to the bank, if you choose the ship method.
What if our board or auditors need access to past mail?
We store all scanned mail indefinitely, unless you request otherwise. Each plan comes with free storage days, after which a small charge for physical mail storage applies. You’ll have an archive of all mail online- perfect for board reporting, and grant audits.
