Not getting email notifications? Here’s what might be up.

We send all notifications to the primary email address listed in your account. You can double-check (or update) that under Settings > Account Details.

At the moment, we only send to one email. Want more folks looped in? We recommend setting up a group email address (like mailteam@yourcompany.com) and adding everyone who needs to stay in the know. That way, the whole crew gets the alerts without a hitch. Another workaround we highly recommend is our Automation and Integration options. You can set them up by logging into your account and navigating to Settings > Automations > Integrations. You can add a notification setting to trigger anytime a new mail item is added to your mailbox via a 1000+ apps.

Also—don’t forget to check your Spam folder (we’ve all been ghosted by Gmail before), and make sure support@usglobalmail.com is on your safe sender list. Still not seeing anything? Reach out. We’re here to help —even if your inbox is playing hard to get!
