What happens if my package is returned to US Global Mail?

The most common reasons shipping carriers will return a package is one of the following reasons:

  • They cannot locate the recipient’s address
  • The recipient refused the package / unpaid customs fees
  • Customer changes their mind and wants to send it to another location

Carriers typically contact us when they notice an exception with a shipment. We will then reach out to you to help resolve the issue. If we are unable to reach you or cannot resolve the problem, we will instruct the carrier to either return the package to us or discard it, based on your preferences. If the package is returned, we will add it back to your mailbox and send you a notification. Please note that carriers charge a return fee, which will be billed to your account.
