Mahmood Alabbas US Global Mail’s Director of Product and Growth has one helluva resume. He’s an entrepreneur who has successfully developed, launched, and took four products to market. Prior to his time at USGM, he won first place in the United Nations World Tourism Organization Global Startup Competition, raised multiple rounds of venture capital funding, became a finalist in the MIT Enterprise Forum Startups award, among many other entrepreneurial accolades.

MIRO
I use Miro as a digital whiteboard to brainstorm ideas, map out customer journeys, and visually plan new product features with the team. It makes collaboration easy even when we’re not in the same room.
INTERCOM
Intercom leverages AI to improve the customer service experience. With Intercom, I talk to our customers directly inside our website and app. It helps me set up chatbots, send helpful messages, and guide new users through onboarding so they get value quickly.
NOTION
I use Notion to keep everything organized — product roadmaps, sprint tasks, and team notes. It’s our central workspace where everyone can see what’s being worked on and what’s next. This is also our go-to platform for collaboration with Marketing and Growth teams.
HOTJAR
I use Hotjar to see how people actually use our website. Heatmaps and recordings show where users click, scroll, or get stuck, and quick surveys help us hear their feedback. This guides improvements to the experience.
HUBSPOT
I use HubSpot to manage all our customer relationships. It tracks leads, automates follow-up emails, and shows how well our marketing campaigns are performing — giving me a clear picture of what’s driving growth. It’s also a great social media management tool, too.
