How do I set up a mail scanning service?
Select a plan that fits your needs (monthly or annual), and our portal will guide you through setup in minutes. You can choose to have mail automatically opened and scanned. Then, complete a change of address with USPS to redirect mail to your new US Global Mail address. When mail arrives, you’ll get a notification and can view the scan instantly. You can also integrate with 1000+ apps to auto-upload scans to Dropbox, Google Drive, or other platforms.
What happens to my physical mail after it’s scanned?
That’s up to you. You can choose to have the mail stored, forwarded, or shredded and recycled securely. All preferences can be managed from your dashboard. We will hold your mail indefinitely for a small storage fee as outlined in plan features.
Can multiple team members access the scanned mail?
