Why Users Are Ditching iPostal1

iPostal is non-responsive. The only time we have been able to get a live agent on the phone is when we purchased their product, then, when we attempted to speak with a live person by calling to act as if we wanted to open an account. Since opening the account on 02/24/25, no one has responded to our chat request to cancel our account. We are solely cancelling our account because of unsatisfactory customer service. We sent a chat request to cancel our account on 02/26/25, but it has been 2 weeks and no one has responded. They were fast to charge our form of payment, but not to credit our form of payment.

I signed up for this service because I live in Mexico City but usually like to keep a US address for ordering things and forwarding them to myself and also for putting as a return address on things.
This has been the worst service I’ve ever used in my life. I’ve had to track down a missing package, which they charged me to forward even though they knew it couldn’t be forwarded and then they threw it away. This month alone I paid this company $146.75 ($104.51 to have the package mailed to me in Mexico City, $9.99 membership fee, $2.25 fee to scan a letter, $10 fee to shred a letter, $20 to keep in my account for no reason.) The bag I ordered that they discarded was $77. This company has only caused me headaches and not helped in any way. I will be cancelling my membership and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

I strongly urge anyone considering iPostal1 to look elsewhere. My experience with this company has been deeply disappointing, marked by poor service, nonexistent accountability, and a complete lack of customer support.

Over the past few months, I’ve lost over $400 due to two separate high-value packages—each worth around $200—that I had mailed from their location. In both cases, the packages were marked as shipped with tracking labels created, but they never actually left the facility. When I reached out to customer support, I was initially told they would reimburse me. That never happened. They eventually stopped responding entirely.

After the first failure, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and reordered the item, only to experience the exact same issue again. Each time, they claimed to be “escalating” the situation to their executive team, but no resolution was ever offered. I was essentially ghosted.

In addition to losing hundreds of dollars, I also paid for a mailbox that offered none of the security or reliability advertised. iPostal1’s lack of transparency, broken promises, and disregard for their customers’ time and money is unacceptable.

If you value your packages, your peace of mind, and decent customer service, do not use iPostal1. Their practices deserve scrutiny from consumer protection agencies, and I sincerely hope they are investigated. Until then, stay far away.
