How does pricing work for multiple entities?

We help centralize mail for all entities so they flow into the same mailbox, and can be separated within the mailbox. Each entity gets its own mail stream. Your account manager will scope the right configuration on your kickoff call based on entity count, mail volume, and routing complexity.

Can US Global Mail handle mail for multiple offices and remote teams?

Yes, our solution is designed for distributed workforces, allowing seamless mail management across multiple offices and remote employees through a single, unified platform.

Can we grant our external CPA or attorney access to specific entities only?

Yes. Permissions are role-based and entity-scoped. You can grant your tax CPA access to see only Company A and Company B’s mail, while your estate attorney sees only the Foundation’s correspondence. No one sees more than they need to.

What if we already have mail going to existing addresses?

We help handle the transition. You can set up USPS mail forwarding from your current addresses to your new USGM addresses, or update addresses with senders directly. Your account manager will help sequence the transition so nothing falls through the cracks.

What compliance documentation can you provide for our vendor review?

We provide access to our Trust Center with all docs inclduing SOC 2 audit reports, HIPAA compliance documentation, and will complete your organization’s security questionnaire. BAA and DPA execution are available pre-onboarding. If your procurement or security team needs to speak with our compliance team directly, we’ll arrange that.

Can we run a pilot with one entity before rolling out to all of them?

Absolutely. Many enterprise clients start with a single entity to validate the workflow, then expand. There’s no penalty for starting small — adding entities later is the same process as adding them on day one.
