From there, you can manage it with just a few clicks. Our virtual mailbox integrates perfectly with your favorite business tools (QuickBooks, Dropbox etc.)

Once you pick a plan that best suits your needs, you will be given access to your virtual mailbox. This is an online mailbox (think Gmail) in which all images of your postal mail (and packages) are uploaded. If it is an envelope you need scanned, you can select that option from within your account. If it is a package you need shipped to your location, you can request directly from your account and get up to 80% off retail shipping rates. Additional features include mail shredding and free check deposits.

When a business relocates or has changed its mailing address, that requires all business mail to be redirected to a new location. Mail forwarding is the process through which postal mail and packages are forwarded to a new business address, instead of the former address.
