Information You Provide To Us
We collect information you provide directly to us including when you visit one of our websites, register for and/or use one of the US Global Mail Services. For example, we receive and store information that you provide us during registration when you register for an account, create or modify your profile and online account, access and use US Global Mail Services (including but not limited to when you upload, download, or share ID's, Form 1583 or other information), participate in any interactive features of the US Global Mail Services, participate in a survey, contest, promotion, sweepstakes, activity or event, make a shipment request, apply for a job, request customer support, or communicate with us via third-party social media sites.
We keep a physical record of your USPS Form 1583 for our records as required for providing our services and submit the original to the US Postal Service as per USPS federal regulations.
Information Collected Automatically
We also maintain detailed electronic records of all account activity. For example, information about each mail item, including your specified directions to us for processing of said item, is stored in our database. Account activity, such as frequency and duration of use is also monitored. The information that you provide is used for such purposes as responding to your requests, customizing future shipping for you, improving our services, and communicating with you.

Sharing information collected by US Global Mail
Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling it to others. We will never sell or give out customer names, addresses, or other personal information to business partners. The only circumstance in which we will reveal your personal information and shipping records is if we are requested to do so by the United States government, as we are required to do so by law. Please note that if you request we delete your information, that deletion may not happen immediately. These measures include internal reviews of our practices, security measures, reviews of our software and encryption and physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to your personal information. Due to the nature of the Internet and online communications, however, we cannot guarantee that any information transmitted online will remain absolutely secure or confidential, and we are not liable for the acts of third parties, such as hackers who circumvent our security and privacy measures. The security of your personal information also depends on you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, suite number, password, and other login credentials. US Global Mail recommends that you do not share that information with third parties.
We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. We reveal only the last five digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Our Verisign software is the industry standard for online credit card transactions and is highly secure.
Account Information & Retention. You may update, correct or delete information about you at any time by logging into your online account and modifying your information or by emailing us at support @ usglobalmail.com. We will retain your personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice. If you wish to deactivate your account, please email us at support @ usglobalmail.com, but note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. We may also retain cached or archived copies of information about you for a certain period of time. We will respond to your access request within 30 days.
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
We will retain personal data we process on behalf of our customers as directed by paying customers. US Global Mail will retain this personal information as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Enable you to access and use the Virtual Mailbox Services, including viewing, scanning, consolidating, discarding and shipping your mail on your behalf;

Respond to your comments, questions, and requests and provide customer service and support;
Communicate with you about services, features, surveys, newsletters, offers, promotions, contests and events, and provide other news or information about US Global Mail;
Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with US Global Mail Services and for marketing or advertising purposes;
Investigate and prevent fraudulent transactions, unauthorized access to US Global Mail Services, and other illegal activities;
Personalize and improve the US Global Mail Services, and provide information, features, and preferences or otherwise customize your experience of the Services;

Promotional and Newsletter Communications
You may opt out of receiving promotional and newsletter emails from US Global Mail by following the opt-out instructions provided in those emails. You may also opt-out of receiving promotional emails and other promotional communications from us at any time by emailing support @ usglobalmail.com with your specific request. If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional communications, such as security alerts and notices related to your access to or use of the US Global Mail Services or those about your online account or our ongoing business relations.
